    do you have any great ideas for alternative baking some of these wonderful treats. I have a son allergic to egg and milk and wondered if you ever explore this kind of baking.

    Christal — Unfortunately, everything I make usually involves butter and dairy products! I have no experience in vegan or dairy-less baking. My advice would be to search the wonderful Internet — I know there are a lot of great dairy-free recipes that you could try. And if you modify the frosting to make it dairy-free, you could still use the decorating techniques that you see on this site. :)
